Flat Rate Shipping for U.S Domestic
Standard - $7.99 + $2.99 for each additional item
Priority - $11.99 + $2.99 for each additional item
Order processing (packaging) is 1-2 days:
+USPS or UPS Standard Ground Shipping is 7-10 days
+USPS Priority Mail or UPS Select Shipping is 3-4 days
Shipping and rates for the Non-Connected U.S., U.S. Territories are calculated in real-time by the United States Postal Service. They will be displayed on your checkout page and receipt. https://postcalc.usps.com/

Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our small-batch business model, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns.
However, at Autumn & After Candle Company, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. We will promptly send a replacement if a product arrives damaged from shipping.
Please contact us within seven (7) business days of delivery.
Include your order number and attach a photo of the damaged item(s), including the shipping box.
We will reply with a pre-paid return label unless the damaged item is unavailable for replacement, in which case we will issue a store credit.
Once your damaged item is received, we will promptly ship you a replacement via USPS Priority Mail.
